We comply with legal requirements in all our data processing (e.g. data capture, processing, and transmission). Your personal information required for business transactions is stored, and will be forwarded to the extent required for order processing to our service provider partners. We reserve the right to transmit your address and credit information to Euler Hermes within legal limits and taking into consideration your respective legitimate interests to the exclusion of the transmission or utilisation for the purpose of liquidity and credit checks. For first orders against invoice, we shall furthermore utilise your address data in addition to other credit information in order to estimate the risk of payment default on a case to case basis. We furthermore collect and process address and order information for our own marketing purposes. For the purposes of third party marketing, we will transmit only information, which we are legally permitted to transmit (information in the public domain and data collated in list form in accordance with § 28 Sect. 3 No. 3 (old version) and § 47 No. 2 (amended version) German Federal Data Protection Act, and in accordance with § 28 Sect. 3 p.2 and p.4 (amended version) German Federal Data Protection Act).
